Clark County Nevada Genealogical SocietyWe house an extensive genealogical collection in the Heritage Room at the Paseo Verde Library that is staffed by volunteers from the Clark County Nevada Genealogical Society who also hold monthly meetings and other workshops at the library.

Clark County Poet Laureate

We have worked with the current and former Poet Laureates of Clark County to offer workshops, poetry readings, and other programs.

City of Henderson

We partner with the City of Henderson on a variety of initiatives to ensure Henderson residents have access to quality library services, including StoryWalks at Cornerstone Park and Burkholder Trail where families can enjoy the outdoors while reading a fun story together.

Henderson Chamber of Commerce 

We are a member of the Henderson Chamber of Commerce.  

Henderson Historical SocietyThe Henderson Historical Society holds its monthly meetings at the Gibson Library. We also host Heritage Days events for the group.

Henderson HospitalOffering the "Born to Read" program where each newborn receives a library card and book.

Meals on WheelsWe partner with Meals on Wheels to provide books to our homebound patrons.

Nevada Partnership for Homeless YouthOur libraries are designated Safe Place locations, and we help connect youth in need with the Nevada Partnership for Homeless Youth.

Worksforce Connections One-Stop Career CenterWe offer One Stop Careers Centers at our Gibson and Green Valley locations.
