Crafting for a Cause 2025

During this annual program, you can pick up a free skein of yarn to use to craft a knitted item for someone in our community who could benefit from a gesture of kindness. Items can be a scarf, hat, mittens, blanket, shawl, etc.
Yarn can be picked up at the James I. Gibson Library during regular business hours. All completed projects are due Saturday, November 22nd at 5pm and can be dropped off at the James I. Gibson Library at the Customer Service desk.
YARN DONATIONS: We are running low on yarn, so if you have some extra, please think about donating! You can drop off up to ONE grocery bag of yarn at the James I. Gibson Library
