The heart is the only organ that never stops working. Come learn about positive lifestyle changes that can promote cardiac health during this presentation and have a chance to ask questions after.

Cardiovascular disease includes any disorder of the heart and affects millions of Americans every year, yet it is highly preventable by following a healthy lifestyle. While you can't control your age or family history, you can learn how to identify other risk factors and take steps to lower your chances of heart disease.
