Join Henderson Libraries for crafts & more!

Henderson Libraries will be at the University of Nevada, Reno Extension's free 10th Annual Kickoff to Kindergarten school readiness fair on Saturday, August 23, 2025 from 10am-1pm at:

East Las Vegas Library
2851 E. Bonanza Rd.

Live Performances by Mariachi Perla Tapatia & Comedian Adam London.

Meet Malik from the PBS KIDS show "Work It Out Wombats!" & more!

This event is designed for ages 3-5 and their families. Enjoy fun hands-on activities! The CCSD book bus, UNLV dental screenings and a produce market will also be available. 

*School supplies, backpacks, lunch bags, and a social-emotional game will be given out to the first 250 families. 

Space and supplies are on a first-come, first-served basis. For more information, please call (702) 507-3517.
