Step into the spotlight - even if it makes your stomach flip. Confidence on Cue is a high-energy, 90-minute improv-based workshop designed to help adults conquer self-doubt, quiet the inner critic, and build confidence that shows up on command.

Whether you're speaking up in meetings, presenting ideas, or navigating everyday conversations, confidence is a skill you can build... and improv is the secret tool to unlock it. Through interactive games, spontaneous storytelling, and plenty of laughter, you’ll stretch your comfort zone in a safe, supportive environment. 

In this session, you’ll:

• Practice quick-thinking and speaking with presence
• Use play to bypass overthinking and perfectionism
• Build authentic self-trust and stage-worthy self-assurance
• Support others while discovering how powerful you already are

Besides building skills of confidence and communication, improv is just, plain fun. If you've never tried it, come check it out.

No stage experience required. Just bring your curiosity, your voice, and a willingness to laugh at yourself (on purpose this time). If you're shy about participating, feel free to come and just observe.
