Celebrate with Henderson Libraries in our annual One Book One Henderson community read by joining us in a performance of the Guqin, also known as the Chinese Zither, has existed for over 3,000 years. Guqin was originally performed by noblemen's and scholars 'in intimate settings, not seen by the public. This traditional instrument typically required twenty years of training to become a master of this stringed instrument.
This program is part of One Book, One Henderson, our community-wide book club featuring the novel "The Fox Wife" by Yangsze Choo.
