Statement Regarding Closed Session

We are now entering into a closed session pursuant to Nevada Revised Statutes 241.030(1) to
discuss the professional competence and job performance of Marcie Smedley, Executive Director
of Henderson District Public Libraries. Written notice has been provided in accordance with Nevada
Revised Statutes 241.033.

Closed Session: Personnel Evaluation

  • Discussion to review and make a recommendation regarding the character, professional
    competence, and/or job performance of Marcie Smedley, Executive Director of Henderson
    District Public Libraries.
  • This portion of the meeting will be conducted in closed session pursuant to Nevada Revised
    Statutes 241.030(1).
