She's a Senior Lifestyle Expert, Mindset Coach, and Aging Consultant who offers tools and resources to help you stay mentally, physically, and emotionally healthy as you age. Pat can help you design a roadmap to self-fulfillment using resources you already have at your fingertips. You'll learn how to create a life beyond your imagination by capturing and embracing a "joie de vivre" in aging.

She also teaches Positive Aging at UNLV/OLLI, writes a monthly column for the Vegas Voice Magazine, and serves on the City of Henderson Senior Citizens Advisory Commission, the American Society on Aging Social Impact and Innovation Council, and the CSA Certification Council.
