Join us for a calming session of Yin Yoga to improve your flexibility, balance, and mindfulness. All poses can be done standing, sitting, or from a chair. Please bring a yoga mat and block.

Yin Yoga is a meditative practice in which yoga poses are held for 1 to 3 minutes. The practice integrates mindfulness, as each pose is a meditation. Gradual complete stretches build pliability in connective tissue and fascia, and stretching along acupressure meridians can improve the flow of energy. Yin Yoga is steady, passive, provides balance, and reduces stress.
