Adult CREATIVE writing & cover art ANTHOLOGY
The James I. Gibson Library is collecting writing and cover art submissions
for the Henderson Libraries' print anthology, Impressions.
The theme for 2017 is Freedom.
Submissions will be accepted from September 1, 2017 to November 30, 2017.
All entries must be produced and submitted electronically.

Theme: Freedom
The concept of freedom is multi-faceted and can be explored through various viewpoints. The following are examples of how freedom is defined, according to Dictionary.com:
Exempt from external control, interference, and regulation
Personal liberty as opposed to bondage or slavery
The absence or release from ties, obligations
Frankness of manner or speech
The right to frequent, enjoy, or use at will
Exempt from the presence of anything specified (freedom from fear)
