The Southern Nevada Senior Law Program and Nevada Legal Services will present a 30 minute seminar about Health Care Directives and Powers of Attorney. Attendees will learn about durable powers of attorney for health care and financial decisions, as well as living will directives to physicians. This seminar will discuss the importance of having advanced directives in place to guide financial and medical decisions in the event of incapacity. This seminar series will be presented by a local attorney volunteering their time to speak to the public. The seminar will be followed by a Q and A.
