As a geographical crossroads with roots up to 3,000 years, cuisine from Turkey is considered some of the richest in the world. Learn how to make sarma, a traditional Turkish/Mediterranean dish made of stuffed grape leaves. Also enjoy a traditional lively Turkish dance from the Burdur province of the country where figures are inspired from nature and especially from the movements of goats found in the area.
