Learn terminology, resources, and ways to support our LGBTQ+ friends and family.

Sybrina Bernabei, Advocacy Services Coordinator from Gender Justice Nevada, will be on hand to:

  • Describe various terminology related to LGBTQ communities
  • Explain the unique challenges facing LGBTQ youth
  • Identify ways to create a safer and more supportive environment for LGBTQ persons
  • Discuss the services offered locally and nationally to the LGBTQ community

This program is part of our Rainbow Connection series, an exploration and celebration of the LGBTQ community.
