Our 2023 Summer Reading Challenge started May 15th and runs through July 31st.

How to sign up on the Beanstack app
  • Download the app for your Apple or Android devices
  • Click "Let's Go"
  • Choose "At my library, school, or bookstore"
  • Click "Find a site"
  • Search for "Henderson Libraries"
  • Click "Don't have an account? Sign up!" at the bottom of the page
  • Once you've signed up, make sure to register for the Summer Reading Challenge!
How to sign up using the Beanstack website
Important Info about Family Accounts
  • It's best to register for an account first as a parent using your own info. Once you've signed up, you can easily add your children under your account and register them for programs based on their ages. 
  • Make sure to provide a valid method of contact. Your Beanstack account is not automatically linked to your library account.

Raffle Prizes

Log your reading to earn tickets for our raffle prizes.
Ages 4 - 17: For every 5 hours you read, you will earn 1 online raffle ticket (max 10) for a chance to win some great prizes! Make sure to select which raffle prize you hope to win. 
Adults: For every book you read, you will earn 1 automatic entry (max 4) for a chance to win a gift card. You can earn bonus entries by participating in our One Book, One Henderson community book club and events this summer!

Design a bookmark contest

Use your imagination and creativity to design a bookmark based on the theme "All Together Now." We will select a winner from each age group (5-10 years old and 11-17 years old) at each of our libraries (8 winners total). Winners will receive a Target gift card and will have their bookmarks printed and available at the library for anyone to pick up! 
Pick up an entry form at your favorite library starting May 15th. Bookmark designs are due June 17th, and winners will be contacted by June 24th.
