Enjoy a live cooking demo of German food and watch traditional folk dancing.

Learn how to make schnitzel the German way! While schnitzel originated in Austria, it is popular in many countries and is made using veal, mutton, chicken, beef, turkey, pork, and even reindeer! Join the German American Social Club of Las Vegas as they make schnitzel and German potato salad. Afterwards, enjoy traditional German folk dancing, courtesy of the Las Vegas Bavarians.
